CONTRACT FOR CPA DOLLAR ACADEMY 

This Contract is made between Praise Akinlami (the “Trainer”) and (the “Student”) for the CPA Dollar Academy training program (the “Program”). 

  1. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: 

The Program is a video course program with group support that teaches students how to build a CPA business and earn commissions by driving traffic to CPA offers 

  1. PAYMENT TERMS: 

Both parties agree that payment for the full amount of the program as stated in the webinar has been made.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

For the Student to stand the best chance of success in the CPA Dollar Academy, they Student commits to devoting a minimum of 30 mins per day or 4 hrs per week toward studying the program to understand the business 

  1. REFUND POLICY: 

If the student follows and implement the strategies in the CPA course with evidence for 30 days and get no results, only then can they can be eligible for a refund

If the student’s effort are reviewed and it is evident that sufficient work was not done towards getting results, the Student will not be eligible

By enrolling, the Student acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this policy. 

  1. NO INCOME GUARANTEE: 

The Trainer does not guarantee any specific income amount as a result of the Program. The Student acknowledges that their success depends on their individual effort and dedication. 

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: 

All Program materials, including but not limited to videos, workbooks, and any other resources, are the exclusive property of the Trainer. Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any Program materials without prior written consent. 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY: 

Students agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Program materials and any information shared during the training. 

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: 

Any disputes arising from this Contract will be resolved through mediation and arbitration in accordance with the laws of Nigeria

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: 

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
